



Holy smokes, I am obsessed with pomegranate seeds right now! They’re packed with tons of health benefits (see list here) and they’re fun to eat.
I thought it was only appropriate to try a pomosa after dabbling with the pomegranate infused ice sticks I made yesterday. I could drink these all day long (but I won’t).
Ingredients
POM juice
Champagne
Pomegranate seeds (for garnish or tasting)
Directions
Pour 2 oz. of POM juice into a champagne flute and top with champagne.
Talk about easy…and tasty. B and I will be toasting with these again on Valentine’s Day.
