Happy New Year, everyone! B and I are toasting to new beginnings with these orange cream champagne floats (as I type this)! The sweetness of this beverage pairs nicely with some salty bacon. Mmmm! These were great, but I think our next one will be with champagne and raspberry sorbet.
Ingredients
Champagne
Orange cream sherbet
Directions
Place 2 tablespoons of orange cream sherbet (we used Dreyer’s) into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. As the sherbet melts, the drink will have the consistency of a slushie. A creamsicle slushie.
And BTW, since when is it sherbet? I always thought it was sherbert…
Cheers!

It’s SO yummy! I snapped a ton of pics trying to get the lighting right and wasn’t really sure about it so I really appreciate it!
