Healthy Snack: Frozen Grapes

Dang, if only I knew how good frozen grapes tasted sooner. There’s no hidden magic here. Wash the grapes, place them on wax paper, and put them in the freezer for about 5-6 hours. Make sure you spread the grapes out before placing them in the freezer as they will become one giant frozen grape ball if you forget this step. They make great snacks, but they’re also fun for keeping wine chilled. Hey, it’s healthier than cheese and wine, right?!
